I love the East: recalling those places, those spaces, all that meaningful silence, fill my heart with nostalgia. Easterners harbour an uncommon interior force, with an overall intensity caused by the awareness of belonging to a society full of history and culture. There is then a depth grained with sweet melancholy which charms, seduces and infects the souls of whosoever approaches this world with love.
